Notes:
(1) Standard Registration will cover all technical activities and one paper publication.
(2) Students are full-time B.Sc, M.Sc, or Ph.D students and should upload valid evidence of their student status when registering.
(3) Seniors are considered participants over 65 years old on 1 August 2025 and can show a valid ID on arrival.
(4) Standard delegates are eligible to purchase an accompanying person Only a spouse or a relative is eligible to be registered as a ccompanying person (colleagues and students must register separately). Accompany person has no access to sessions.

(6) Any cancellation before July 15 2025 will be 100% refund; between July 15 and July 31 will be 50% refund; after July 15 will be no refund.
